Ilmapallokeskus Balloon Center Oy will carry out a partial demerger effective 1 June 2026, as follows:
- Wholesale (Party) will transfer to Toyrock Oy.
- Event sales (Events) will transfer to a new company, Ilmapallokeskus Events Oy.
- Juhlamaailma retail business (Retail) will continue to operate within Ilmapallokeskus Balloon Center Oy, as before.
