Toyrock Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and strengthen our brand presence across the Nordics. In this role, you’ll get to build and implement marketing and brand strategies, campaigns, and events in collaboration with various business units.

Your role as Marketing Manager:

Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing team, internal and external marketing of the company in line with the objectives set. Marketing Manager creates marketing and branding strategy and works as a project manager in most of the marketing projects.

Marketing Manager also actively works to improve the company’s processes and monitors that the department’s costs are kept within planned levels. The Marketing Manager looks for and develops ways of working that will increase the company’s profitability.

Main resposibilities 

  • Lead a team of five marketing professionals as their manager
  • Develop and execute Toyrock Group’s marketing and brand strategies (B2C & B2B)
  • Take full responsibility for marketing, campaigns, product launches, and events
  • Ensure the functionality of marketing systems and drive their continuous development
  • Manage key projects such as Finland’s largest toybook (Lasten Suuri Lelukirja), in-store marketing, sales exhibition and events – on time and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and business units
  • Oversee internal communications and stakeholder marketing

What we expect from you:

  • Strong marketing experience, especially in the Nordic markets
  • A commercial education and strategic mindset
  • Excellent command of Finnish and English – Swedish is a plus
  • Solid skills in Adobe CC and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage stress
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Vision, accountability, and a drive to see things through to completion
