B2B Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a B2B Sales Coordinator for a fixed-term position in our growing company to strengthen support for our sales in Scandinavia, especially in Sweden. In this role, you will have a central position in a dynamic and developing work environment where each day offers the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to our continued growth. Please note that this position is based in Finland, but requires excellent Swedish skills (at native level).
You will become part of a team where customer satisfaction, collaboration, and drive are at the core of everything we do, and where playfulness and creativity are encouraged -especially since we work with toys and party products.
Your main responsibilities:
• Coordinating and managing daily customer orders within the A-segment (EDI orders) and ensuring deliveries on time, as well as acting as the first point of contact in case of issues with daily orders
• Delivering accurate and high-quality product information to customers
• Coordinating seasonal orders and return data, as well as reviewing and correcting information in the ERP system in a timely manner
• Supporting colleagues with data-related challenges and creating new tools and processes to increase efficiency and minimize errors
• Collaborating with logistics, category, and product teams as well as external partners and customer contacts
• Managing invoicing and credit notes
We expect you to:
• Have relevant education and experience in similar tasks
• Have strong IT skills and very good knowledge of Excel (MS Office)
• Have experience in maintaining product data
• Be structured and able to work under time pressure
• Be proactive and able to work independently
• Have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, at native level or equivalent
• Be fluent in Finnish and English
• AI competence: Experience in using artificial intelligence is considered an advantage

Your workplace will be either at our office in Vantaa or Turku. We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work model.
