Key Account Manager to Denmark

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to develop and grow our business in Denmark as part of our continued Nordic expansion.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for our Danish customers and customer segments. You work close to the business, close to the customers, and close to the numbers. This is a hands-on role where planning, execution and follow-up go hand in hand.
You will be responsible for building customer-specific business plans, ensuring sales and margin targets are met, and developing long-term, profitable partnerships. You work actively with both existing and new customers and collaborate closely with our category, marketing and purchasing teams to turn plans into results.
Your key responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted net sales and gross margin targets
- Develop and manage business plans for key customers and customer segments
- Monitor and follow up on agreed plans, volumes and value development
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams on sales-driving campaigns and initiatives
- Execute, track and continuously improve planned activities
- Develop customer-focused projects that support growth and long-term partnerships
- Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities
- Work closely with procurement to balance sales growth and inventory turnover
- Track and report
To succeed in this role, you should have
- Experience in commercial roles, sales or key account management
- Relevant commercial education
- Fluency in Swedish and good working proficiency in English
- An analytical, structured and systematic way of working
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive things forward independently

Location: Denmark. Remote work with regular travel to customer meetings across the country.
